Pacific Pomfret | Reineta

Our Chilean Pomfret is wild caught in Chile's Maule Region, specifically in a town called Duao which is a very popular location for fishermen.

Incidentally, our friend and business partner Sebastian Correa lives in this town. He takes care of our parent company's supply of Pomfret and Chilean crab claws.

Duao is also well known for one of their family restaurants and hotels in the country, it is called Donde Gilberto a family business named as the founder.

This town is also part of the surf culture in Chile and south America and it's right next to Pichilemu, the surf capital of Chile. Hugo is one of the top Chilean surfers.
